Structured, consistent, and accurate information is not a new requirement that AI places on us \u2013 it&#8217;s exactly what technical communicators already do, every day. In other words, the industry is unusually well-equipped for what is happening right now.<\/p><p>What is changing are the formats: more channels, new tools, and content that must work equally well for a human and for a machine. The professional role will continue to evolve and may be called something different in a few years \u2013 but the need for the expertise will not disappear.
